What's your goal for Monday 7/23?

I'm trying to make smaller goals so that I can increase the odds of reaching success. In the past I went week by week and didn't do so well by the end of the week. So now I'm going to try daily goals. My goal for tomorrow is to stick to my 1317 calories and not skip any meals. My problem is I don't eat often enough and then over eat when I do eat. Also I want to do my 30 minute weight lifting workout. I'll come back and tell you how I did.

I can't wait to hear how you did. My main goal today was to make it to the gym to do my cardio which I did! I have the same problem though with my diet. I only eat 3 meals a day and typically binge. Today I did not meet my dietary requirements for my workout plan so my goal for tomorrow is to work on my diet while also meeting my weight training goals!

I did great today!!!!! So excited that I did my workout and stayed close to my calorie goal. I'm allowed 1317 and I had 1372. It's only one day but it's a great start to the week. Way to go Eileen, glad you got your workout in. Don't stress about the diet part it will naturally happen. The more you workout the less you will want to binge (I think). I usually don't like to eat naughty if I'm putting in the effort to workout, it just doesn't seem worth it. I was driving home with my husband today and I told him that I didn't feel like doing my workout, but I had to do it because I didn't want to have to come on here and post that I flaked and didn't do it :) Thanks for being here Eileen. Hey Ladies! I Need to do that too! I suck at the diet thing! I hate eating 5 to 6 times a day! It makes me feel Ill. I am so proud of your achievements Tange! Way to Go! Eileen, You are doing awesome! I hope to continue to hear from you! I, on the other hand; I have been sucking at it. I didn't stick to anything, dietary or exercise this whole weekend. I was visiting family and they suck at trying to keep you oriented! I tell them of my diet and what I have to do, and why do they just stray you away from that? UGH! I really need some help. Today, I already messed up since I skipped b-fast and had to grab a GNC lean shake. I mean, it is better than not having anything in my stomach, but still not what I should be doing! Today, I will do my work out and post it once it is done! I am just so tired and it sucks to do it alone!

Hey Calitchi, I know what mean. I've actually decided not to tell anyone outside my house that I'm dieting because it's just easier to keep it to myself. Others just comment negatively and try to sway me. Most people insist that I don't need to be dieting and watching my weight because I guess I don't look as heavy as I am. What they don't realize is that I'm actually about 25 pounds overweight (as far as BMI goes) and I can't fit any of my clothes. I've been wearing yoga pants and skirts everywhere because I can't button my jeans. It's a horrible feeling. I look like a stuffed sauasge in everything I wear. You are not off to a bad start Calitchi, at least you didn't grab a fast food breakfast sandwich. I think that is to be commended. Keep up the great work and no matter what, get you workout in. You can do it. I'll check back in with you later.

My workout is done!!! I'm so excited that my day has gone well. I'm on track calorie wise and I completed a great workout. I hope you ladies are doing well. You are really helping push me along. Thanks

Today is not too bad considering it's Thursday and this is the day I usually mess up. Hopefully I'll end strong.

It's the end of the week and usually I do bad at this time, but so far I'm doing ok. How are you doing ladies?

Good Job Tange! I am proud of you! I am not doing good at all! I am so sick of this! No one helps and its like I feel as if I were crazy since no one sees the help I need! I feel like I am going up and up in weight and no one cares!
