How are you feeling today?
This is only my second day so I still feel excited and optimistic. I hope this feeling lasts. I've been doing a great job following my diet plan and I have yet to feel and real temptation, but I know it's coming. Pray that I have the strength to stick to my plans. I really want to drop this weight and reach my goal.

I need some "free" foods in my life!!!!!!!!!! What can I eat and not have to worry about logging and counting calories (other than plain romaine lettuce)?

Someone join this group so that I don't have to talk to myself. How did your day go? How long have you been using this site? What do your results look like? If there is a board that people actually post to can you point me towards it?

I know how you feel, I'm up and down myself. I feel really motivated today though and my goal is to just make it to Sunday. I'm thinking that if I make smaller goals I might do better. I usually start off the week great and then fizzle out, so my toughest days will be Thursday and Friday.
I'm hoping for a 1.5 - 2lb loss by Sunday. I'll be happy to just do 2 a week until I reach my goal.

Well, I would have to agree with you there! Setting smaller goals!
I have resigned myself from looking for specific numbers. I get discouraged if I do not reach those numbers! So, just thinking that I will see something different by the end of the week, will be good enough for me.
Another thing you should consider is positive attitude. If you think that you are doing awesome, you will be doing awesome!
Maybe you are depriving yourself of something your body is used to And this may be causing you to fizzle down by mid to late week.
Maybe a mood enhancer can work!
Have you been taking vitamins?
The Women's Active Vitapak from GNC is really good!
It has a mood enhancer and it is not those that make you jittery.
I will be on and off all week and I get my emails on my phone, so I can keep in touch with you from there!

Hi everyone! I just joined today and am very optimistic, although, I feel like I am already procrastinating in starting my fitness plan!! I hope we can work together in motivating each other. I decided to do the 6 week weight loss program. What ones are you working on?

I'm working on the 6 week weight loss as well. I did great for week one but not so great for week 2. I'm optomistic though and come Monday I'm diving in. Welcome Eileen, I'm glad you are here. I got a little tired of talking to myself :) Calitchi and I are going to work together to support each other, you are welcome to chime in and add your struggles and successes as well.
