Hi!!

I'm busy trying to lose weight so I thought joining this group may be helpful. Any ideas on how to lose weight will be greatly appreciated.

Hi Teresa : ) Keep logging on your calendar. If you eat it, write it. If you did it, post it. All accomplishments are valuable! As for eating - think if it's worth it to have in your calories for the day. Is it something that is only going to temporarily feel good - will you feel guilty for eating it, will you be hungry again soon, etc. Work on eating more natural food, not processed food. Have fruits and vegies in your day, but make sure you have more vegies than fruit. And move every day
