New Year--Brand new me?

I've got my goals set for the next 12 weeks. 30 pounds. American Heart Association wants those of us who want to lose weight to exercise for 60-90 minutes a day. That was news to me. I was definitely coasting on the 20-30 minute rule on most days. Now I'm upping my cardio. Check out neat tool on American Heart Assoc. web site. "Choose to Move." You'll love the tool, it's a count down timer you download to set 12 week goals. Happy New Year.
