I read this great tip: Sweets or Desserts should not be more than 10% of your total daily calories. I like having this boundary. Doesn't mean I won't push it, but at least I now know how far over the boundary I've pushed. I notice I'm eliminating fruit to add an extra cookie. Observing willingness to forego nutriion of my body to please my palate and my emotions. Strange creatures, we food addicts. Lots to ponder as I move closer toward my goal of losing 160 pounds of flesh.
