got some brisk walking in this week. that means i'm back in the cardio-corral. my hip joints ache, my knees, but at least i'm doing some brisk walking. maybe just maybe i'll do my weght workout tomorrow. if not that, i'll clean up my house. new flurry of new job, new commute; this place is a mess. got to get my life back under control. eat healthier next week. more water. more fruit. make soup for dinner, and sandwhich and fruit for lunch.
