Hi Pamela -- your post is the most recent one I've seen except for my own. I agree with your statement about diets! I've added workouts to my usual activities, and am trying to make better (more nutritious) food choices. I'm also keeping the food diary on MHPT - just having a rough idea of how many calories I'm consuming is helping some. ~Sandy

I love my food diary. It keeps me on track. It is so easy for me to not think about what I eat. And sometimes I find that I wasnt eating enough callories early in the day so now I try and spread my cals out over 6 meals in a day. Harder than it sounds
