 My favorite food on this diet
I love to eat plain yogurt, with blueberries and a sprinkle of granola.
I also love steak tacos on corn tortillas.  |

I make quiche all the time. Spinach, onion, Tomato, and Feta!

I feel so much better on this diet. When I see people feeling bad I wish I could get them on this diet so they could detox their body and began to feel alive again!!!
