Well, I am a former cross country runner from about 7 years ago...after kids, I stopped, and I've been running a 2 mile trail near my home 5 days/week for the last couple of weeks now, but any suggestions on how to enhance my regime? I'd like to get back into running a 5K on a regular basis. The "season" here usually begins around September, so I've got time to rebuild my endurance, but any ideas??? Thanks!
