anybody else at a stand still?

what can i do to get off this week and half long plateau?? anybody got any kickstart ideas? I am working my butt off exercising every day and eating within 1200 calories..I am UP for suggestions!

I think I'm with you. I've been losing weight for 2 years, met a huge goal just recently, and now since I've started exercising, I've gained 5 lbs in the last 2 weeks! So frustrating!

You're bound to gain some weight at first when beginning an exercise regimen, as you will be gaining some muscle, which weighs more than fat does. Look at your measurements rather than strictly at weight
