Re: Update
I haven't seen the scale move... YET, but my favorite jeans fit again, I'm not depressed anymore, and I'm actually excited about things again. My husband and I joined a gym a month ago, and are seriously watching what we eat... what a huge difference!

Re: Update
OK, I was mistaken. I actually mustered up the courage to get on the scale after posting yesterday, and in the last month, I have lost 5 pounds! Hallelujah!!! I don't want to let myself start slackin though so not too much to get excited about, I have a long way to go, but the good news, it IS working!!

Re: Update
I began losing weight about 2 years ago, at 275 lbs. I'm currently still eating healthy, working in some great cardio, and am at a standstill at 190 lbs. Once you get past losing 20 lbs, and then you hit 30lbs, it's downhill all the way. At least for me, I was just amazed that I succeeded at something I thought was impossible for me. Then, I believed I could reach any mark, and I still do. Every lb I lose is the greatest goal I've reached yet, and I've truly realized that I'm in control!
