Re: Welcome
Hello there. I'm new to chat rooms. Is this one still active? I'm a writer. I'm single. I'm using this site to support my weight loss goals. I'm inspired by the the TV show, "The Biggest Loser." I love the way that show let's use see that there are muscles under the fat--and that fat people are strong; strong right now. If anyone needs support, and would like to chat, I'm game. Felicia

Re: Welcome
I'm replying to myself for now, I guess. (smile) Someday a newbie like me will want to have support. I'm in my 3rd week. Down with a cold, but hanging in there. I'm doing Qi Kung (similar to Tai Chi) while I'm sick. All the years of studying diets is working. I seem to know how to eat without getting physcially hungry. Psychological hunger? That's an entirely different matter. For now, I'm managing that to. The Qi Kung seems to help center me--and self-talk at night (the danger hours) works to.
