Working out on a budget

I have found that the hardest thing for working out as a teacher, is the budget!! It's hard to stay focused without a gym, especially in the winter!

Hi Sean -- not sure if you're still interested in getting feedback on this topic, but here are two ideas (these might also tie in with your other thread as well) . . . 1)Use your school--gym (for walking in all weather), weigt room, etc. Maybe set up a fitness program or buddy system to get others involved (having someone hold us accountable helps) 2) Ask family and friends to chip in to buy you a gym membership as a gift, then look for a gym that has hours to meet your time needs

I tried to post this the other day..look for Planet Fitness, it's like $10 a month and no contract or sign up fees. I wanted to join but it's too far from my house. :(
