Re: Ok...SPILL!
Hi Felicia - Yeah, I slacked off for a little while, and I'm sure others are, also, so sorry you haven't seen a lot of action. I've invited friends onto the site, so if you want, try to invite some of your own friends, or others you think are interested in fitness. Way to go in losing your 11 lbs! I like martial arts-based routines, also. I get bored really easily, so I try to switch it up a lot. Have you found yourself getting stonger from your routine? Hope to see you back! Julie

Re: Ok...SPILL!
I found success through using the book: Mars & Venus Diet Solution. The theory behind is that people tend to eat unhealthy because they do not have the proper nutrition (vitamins, minerals, etc). Therefore, it has you drink a healthy shake for breakfast and a couple day cleanse and voila. In one month my fiance lost 11 pounds and I lost 8. My fiance didn't even change his workout regime, all of his success was from changing eating habits. Good Luck!

Re: Ok...SPILL!
I've been doing Weight Watchers, not including any exercise, and have lost about 80 lbs. I just got a new scale which is more accurate, indicating my weight is a little higher than I originally thought. Bummer. But I never thought I could succeed at anything over 20 lbs, so 80 lbs is a huge deal. Weight watchers is so great because it incorporates the basics. Eat less, healthier, move more. Although I didn't start exercising until now, it still worked so well!

Re: Ok...SPILL!
Well the only thing that has ever worked for me long term is sticking with a diet and exercise program. When I was young I used to say walking and drinking plenty of water was the secret to keeping the weight off. I know that this is still true but I need more motivation today then I did back then.
