Okay everyone. Share some info please
I just wanted to meet everyone who is current on here! Tell me about your workout regimen and weight loss success/goals! It's hard to share my info with friends and family who feel guilty from the lack thereof.hehehe
Sooo... I'm 2 weeks into an aerobics/kickboxing routine. I try to maintain 5 Mon-Fri. 30-45min/each. I'm also adding a low carb diet for an extra boost!

I am trying to work out at least 5 - 7 times a week. Mostly cardio (cycling 3 times per week, HIT Elliptical training, swimming, etc) and then I have 3 strength training workout sessions a week (1 full body hour work out, and then 1 upper, 1 lower). I have been doing it since the beginning of the year and so far so good. While the number on the scale isn't lowering much, I feel a whole lot better, which is the main thing and I am really toning up for my wedding at the end of February.

I'm new to the gym, but have been going 5-6 times a week this month. I do cardio and abs every day, at least 30 min HIIT cardio on treadmill, elliptical and statinary bike, whichever seems most challenging, then an upper or lower body circuit,with one day of just cardio/abs, so I continue that rotation through the week, a high protein diet and lots of green salad, only a few carbs.... how's that sound? I want to lose about 45 lbs and look thin and tone!

I started losing weight about 2 yrs ago, and so far have lost 80, which was with Weight Watchers. I don't go to the meetings or anything, I just follow the points plan. Eat 5 serv. fruits/veg a day, so many cups of water, lots of fiber, etc. So I'm still doing that, and have incorporated high impact cardio in the past 3 weeks, 5-6 times a week for 30 minutes. Next week I'll up it to 40 minutes. I still need to lose about 40-70 lbs. I'm just thankful I've come this far.
