What keeps you motivated?

What keeps you motivated?
I want to hear what keeps you motivated to work out? Is it the feeling that you get after each completed work out? Is it a specific deadline or event? Whatever it is, share it so that maybe other people will be able to find success from the same motivation.

I do enjoy how I feel after I've worked out. I've also noticed that working out gives me a boost of energy, and that's great, seeing as how I tend to get tired early on in the day. I think what keeps me going is the results I see, though. Where once I saw rolls, now it's little lumps...ya know? And when you can move around better, like work in the garden, and it doesn't bother you so bad pulling and bending. But I do so enjoy the feeling of my muscles right after I'm done working out.

I stay motivated when I have a workout partner and someone to be accountable to. Meeting someone at the gym is good for me because I have to show up and keeping track of all of my things here on lline is great to keep me in check. Working hard to get my figure back and it will happen. I have only been a member for 2 weeks and have lost almost 10 lbs so far. Im so excited!

The memory of the size I used to be and how great I felt keeps me motivated.
