I'm a New Member
Hello all. I am a new member to this group and myhomepersonaltrainer.net. I have been on the plan for about a week. I'm goping to get fit and lose these last pounds that I have been holding on to. Any suggestions will be a great help!!!

I'm not working out today. I am just soooo tired. How do I get over these days that I just want to sleep?

Make yourself do something, even if it is not your planned workout. You may find your motivation once you get started. If not at least you won't feel like you have completly given up.
You need to do something positve!
