Curious
I was just curious on if anyone else has had this happen. Before I started working out on a regular basis I weighed 158. After 3 weeks I didn't lose any but gained 8lbs. I eat better then I have. Drink more water and hardly any soda. I lift more then when I started and my distance has doubled. I still haven't lost any around my gut.
ANY IDEAS?
