shaking it up...
i've switched my cardio workout almost every day to something different...one day rowing, one day elliptical, one day cycling class, step class...tomorrow is aerobics with weights...:)

I have to have a variety with my workout's because otherwise, I just don't have enough motivation to do something if it is always the same. I get bored easily with it. I'm beginning to get bored with it now, actually. I'm wondering if I'll end up quitting. I hope not.
