I was wondering
I just joined Planet Fitness because I just don't have the motivation to work out at home. I weight 105 that is not the problem. my thighs and butt are the problem. What machines at the gym should I vbe using and for how long. I only have an hour a day to work out at the gym.

Ive been doing a lot of reading on that, and everything I read says that squats are the number 1 thing to do if you want to tone up your butt and legs, after that they said lunges. Hope that helped a little!

I've done squats and lunges before and they really are great for lower body, this time around I've done some dead lifts for the first time and I really feel that in my butt. Its really the first time I've ever felt it in my butt.
