Not exactly a beginner - just a long break
How bad is it that I can't even get through a DVD without wanting to die... I have decided to reenter the fitness world a a hiatus. Good luck with that eh? Have not found any active forums, If anyone is interested, I have added a few posts looking for activity.

Re: Not exactly a beginner - just a long break
I know how you feel, I recently started back up going to the gym. Sometimes I don't feel like going but I force myself to go and I feel so much better afterwards. So hang in there and think of how good you will feel when you finish working out. Good luck.

Ok, I am picking up momentum on my eating habits. I can do this. But now it is Christmas....I can do this really! I am going to get through this week and start on the exercise part again. Merry Christmas.

Re: Not exactly a beginner - just a long break
Ok so I made it throught the Christmas season unscathed! yuipeee!!!
I actually lost 1.2 pounds, and the graph looks great no spikes in weight. so that is all I can ask for right. So now I have finally gotten a handle on my eating, now it is time to get a hnadle on my exercise. So I am making a resolution!

Re: Not exactly a beginner - just a long break
I know exactly how you are feeling! I pushed myself for the first chunk of my exercise and really struggled to keep going. After taking a break, I forced myself back into it and have exercised everyday. I made the goal with myself that I would do something every day, no matter what. Even today, I was sick and still made myself do some jumping jacks. Good Luck, I know how you feel!!
