Ten week Challenge
Ten week challenge, anyone ready for it? This challenge isn't only to lose weight cause lets face it some of you don't need to. The challenge is to get up and get active. Set a goal for yourself and reach it within 10 weeks from today. Anyone want to join me?
My goal is to see how much I can lose in weight but gain in life.

My goal is to lose 5 pounds and be able to run more solidly. I've been doing the run/walk thing for about 2 years now.

I have a 12 week goal of 20 pounds. thats a 1.5 pounds a week! I have to do this to lower my Blood Pressure and to look great in my Wedding Dress. How are y'all doing?
