Want to run
Ok im a very overweight person. I want to know how a person like myself can become addicted to running. How can I do this? I'd love to be able to run like 5 miles a day, or something.

The first place to start M.... is work on fast walking and then alternating a nice steady jog with walking sandwiched in between... Each time you train, challenge yourself to extend the jog part and shorten the walking part...... Keep the pace upbeat and challenge yourself... Before you know it... You will have no walking time left and you will be working yourself up to that 5 mile goal in record time...
