hi everyone!
I thought i'd try this out to help me get back to where i was with my body 3 kids ago. I am on a mission to lose 20 pounds and i'd love some company on the way. It always helps for motivation. Have a good one and talk to you soon!

Hey everyone! I've got 20 stuborn lbs. myself. The sad thing is when I started working out last month I only had 16lbs. to lose. What's up with that? Haley not sure I can help you with motivation but keeping my calendar on here has been a great tool. Love the resources and being able to find different workouts for different areas.

Hey Shannon - I'm with you! I also like the site. We need to get some more people posting to the forum. I'm on a mission to send invites to my friends so that I can get some more people on here and get the community more active. Fitness is great to do with friends!
